We can process orders for the USA, Canada, and most Foreign Countries.

Selecting USA or Canada: On the first paypal screen, please enter your zip code (USA) or territory (Canada), before you click the “proceed to checkout” button.
Foreign Countries: On the first paypal screen, please click on “ship outside US?” and select your country. The 15 dollar charge (for one book) is the typical shipping to most countries. If it is more than this to your country, we will notify you.

Selecting shipping method: After you login to your paypal account or enter credit card info you will have the opportunity to select shipping method (USA only).
- USA methods are: express mail (1-2 days), priority mail (2-5 days), or standard domestic (1-2 weeks).
- Canadian: Shipments are all priority international (6-10 days).
- Foreign countries: Ships the most inexpensive way (1-2 weeks).
