We can process orders for the USA, Canada, and most Foreign Countries.

Selecting USA or Canada: On the first paypal screen, please enter your zip code (USA) or territory (Canada), before you click the “proceed to checkout” button.
Foreign Countries: On the first paypal screen, please click on “ship outside US?” and select your country. The 15 dollar charge (for one book) is the typical shipping to most countries.

Selecting shipping method: After you login to your paypal account or enter credit card info you will have the opportunity to select shipping method (USA only).
- USA methods are: express mail (1-2 days), priority mail (2-5 days), or standard domestic (1-2 weeks).
- Canadian: Shipments are all first class air international (6-10 days).
- Foreign countries: Ships the most inexpensive way (2-4 weeks).

International orders: You can also email us with your address so we can figure out the exact postage to your country. Or, go to your local Amazon website or Rock/Creek Outfitters.
