Simulated Falling & Commitment Clinic:
This course simulates our in-person Falling & Commitment clinic. It addresses two things. First, falling. Learn how to deal with fear of falling so you can diminish its ability to shut you down. Second, commitment. Learn how to commit more purposefully to climbing. You’ll do that by focusing on specific processes. Learning about falling and commitment improves your mental resilience.
Flexible Learning Schedule:
Enjoy the flexibility our online course provides. We’ve carefully designed the course into modules, each covering specific material. You may power through and complete the course in one day or spread out the lessons over a month. Whatever pace you choose, you’re in control and can move through the course based on your preferences.
Our course is unique. It gives you a very simple structure for navigating risks you choose to take. You’ll explore your mental game in-depth via a specific stop/move cycle and five processes that fit into it. You’ll feel freer to explore fears gradually using this simple structure and bring focus to your climbing journey.
Individual and Community Experience:
This course is designed for you, an individual climber. Including your regular belay partner expands the course’s benefits because you can support each other.
